Doctors and clinicians are drowning in administrative work. They're spending only 65% of their time actually caring for patients while the rest is eaten up by documentation, phone calls, referral paperwork, and other tasks that pull them away from what they trained for years to do. In turn, patients are feeling the impact of less face-to-face time with their providers as the majority of their appointment time is spent on paperwork.

And it's about to get worse. The number of people needing intensive healthcare will triple by 2050. With access to clinicians already strained, without a solution, we are looking at the continuation of clinician burnout, decreased quality of care, and healthcare system stress.

When we founded Insight Health, we started with a simple belief: clinicians should practice medicine, not paperwork.

Most AI companies in healthcare have focused on solving for the documentation burden all clinicians face today. But after talking to hundreds of healthcare providers, we realized the problem was much bigger. We realized that routine medical tasks are often incomplete, missing key history, context, or patient-reported symptoms, which can be gathered before and after an appointment, and take time to gather and document. As a result wait times to see providers are longer than ever, clinicians are leaving medicine at an unprecedented rate, and patient satisfaction with the medical system is at an all-time low.

‍Today we are proud to officially unveil our answer to giving clinicians time back with their patients. We created an AI Agentic Platform for healthcare that handles the repetitive work that bogs down clinical teams. Our focus now is twofold:

First, we’re deepening our product’s ability to adapt to the unique workflows of every clinic and health system, making it even easier to deploy and scale.

Second, we’re growing our team with former clinicians and operators who’ve lived the daily realities of patient care, ensuring that our support is as hands-on and authentic as our technology.

We’re already integrated with a number of leading EHRs, including Athena, NextGen, AdvancedMD, DrChrono, and Office Practicum, with Epic coming soon. We’re also partnering with organizations to reach more providers and empower care teams to work at the top of their license.

As we continue to connect with leading practices, our goal remains the same: help clinicians reclaim their time, reduce burnout, and unlock better access and outcomes for patients.
