When we founded Insight Health, we started with a simple belief: clinicians should practice medicine, not paperwork.
Most AI companies in healthcare have focused on solving for the documentation burden all clinicians face today. But after talking to hundreds of healthcare providers, we realized the problem was much bigger. We realized that routine medical tasks are often incomplete, missing key history, context, or patient-reported symptoms, which can be gathered before and after an appointment, and take time to gather and document. As a result wait times to see providers are longer than ever, clinicians are leaving medicine at an unprecedented rate, and patient satisfaction with the medical system is at an all-time low.

Second, we’re growing our team with former clinicians and operators who’ve lived the daily realities of patient care, ensuring that our support is as hands-on and authentic as our technology.
We’re already integrated with a number of leading EHRs, including Athena, NextGen, AdvancedMD, DrChrono, and Office Practicum, with Epic coming soon. We’re also partnering with organizations to reach more providers and empower care teams to work at the top of their license.
